- Edit your clips in Premiere until you are ready to add your preset.
- Go to the Effects panel at the top of the screen; if you don’t see this, go to Window > Workspaces > Effects.
- In the Effect panel, go to the Presets folder; right-click, and choose Import Presets. In this exampe i will be importing Optic Hit Presets
- Navigate to your downloaded preset location in the Finder window, select the file, and hit Open.
- Search your Presets folder in Premiere to find your recently imported effects.
